The primary mission of Habitat for Humanity remains new-home construction.

Volunteers are the key to the Habitat new home. There are many specific skills utilized as well as a multitude of general help. Your involvement will result in a lifetime of memories for deserving Habitat families. Working side by side with owners and other volunteers is very rewarding and can only be experienced by coming to our construction sites on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.

Jordan's Crossing

This recently completed Habitat Community project began eight years ago. This is a planned community with 79 homes which was built in four different phases. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers and staff who construct these houses, we are able to provide decent homes for families in need. This community is located at 8th street just east of Tuttle Avenue.

Central Avenue - In Progress
Seven Eco-friendly homes located on Central Avenue between 20th and 21st
Streets. In progress. Five homes have been completed and the sixth one is
underway. The designs provide a sustainable and economical home for Habitat families.
